If cancellation is needed on your end you must contact Kaked Up By Kayla at least 3 days prior to your order due date. If cancellation can be accommodated your payment will become a credit. Once credit is issued you must notify Kaked Up By Kayla 3 weeks prior to date needed to redeem. Credits cannot be used for Rush Orders. Credit will expire on December 31st, 2024. 

Your balance is due in full for kakes on the online store. You also have the option of shop pay which has pay in 4.

Once your balance is paid in full, pick-up details will be released.

Kaked Up By Kayla is located in the 11208 zip code. We do not offer delivery but you’re welcomed to send a Uber/Lyft package for your own delivery.

 

Kakes that are ready to order cakes cannot be customized beyond what's displayed on the order form section. If you're looking for a more custom, please proceed to fill out the custom order form.

 

Kaked Up By Kayla takes every measure to prevent the risk of cross-contamination. We use known allergens such as wheat, dairy, corn, gluten, and eggs. Once you place your order, you agree to notify guests of allergen risks and hold us harmless for any allergic reaction.

Kaked Up By Kayla LLC maintains the right to take and use photographs and videos of your cake(s) and desserts before, during, and after your event to use for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation to you.

 

Performance of this agreement is unforeseen by the ability of Kaked Up By Kayla to complete this agreement when delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions, war, terrorism, criminal act, insurgence (revolutions), and/or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the company.

In the unlikely event that the baker is injured or becomes too ill to provide services for your event, Kaked Up By Kayla LLC will make every effort to secure a suitable replacement bakery. However, if the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to returning all payments received for event services. If the client does not want Kaked Up By Kayla to find a replacement, the contracting party may receive a refund instead.
